Taking a mental health day on Monday and running the Ottawa Main with Graham and Shaunna.  If, like me, you can't make the Mini Beast, or you feel like extending your stay another day, feel free to join us.

McCoy's put-in at 8:30.  Casual run with extended play stops at Babyface, Garb, Pushbutton, and Black's.

This is your chance to see the new freestyle move I've invented.  I call it  GUITARBEURATOR

Leaving Orleans at 6:30ish.  Can collect up to three people along the way.
