Thank you everyone who attended the 2012 Annual General Meeting, and thanks to Julia and Paul for offering their house for it!
Here are the minutes of the meeting:
1. Membership fee:
It was proposed, then seconded, that the membership fee be raised to 20$, without any other change. Essentially, an unanimous positive vote ensued, and the membership fee is now 20$ per year per immediate family, effective immediately.
2. Executive positions to fill:
--Our new Membership Officer: Larry Wong.
--New Director, Skills Development: Adam Napke.
--New (?) Public Relations Officer: Paul Potvin.
--New Pool Sessions Officer: Luc Lafreni?re.
--New Member-at-Large: V?ronique Beauchemin.
--Finally, new vice-president: Daniel Dubuc.
Bill Schlarb has accepted to remain president, and myself to remain Secretary-Treasurer.
