http://quebecwhitewater.com/en/river-level
or here

Never knew there was a gauge in New Glasgow as per quebecwhitewater
Info debit uses a fudge factor

What is the level, info-d?bit is fracked again, what is the other web site?

FYI, I'm driving and picking up Steve Taylor on the way. Larry, if you're still in need, I'm sure we can pile a third boat on top of our creekers. Just text or call me. 613-799-9317.

Bill - no car this weekend - can we switch weekends?

No problem, call me at home and we can work out a time to meet.

I have room in my car for one more person!

I'll have to make sure I don't break my toe tonight...

I'll be there.
My car is getting the brakes fixed, but they promised it will be ready Friday morning.

Be careful guys, there is tons of trees in the Laurentides this year. I ran the Achigan 2 weeks ago and they were trees in almost every rapids.  There was always a way to avoid them but one have to react quickly. I'll be in the Laurentides too but I don't know what is the plan yet.

Have fun.

Hi folks,

For those interested, a group of us are headed to the Lower Laurentians to run the Achigan.
It`s a class 3-4 river with a mix of pool/drop and continuous rapids.
You can find a description at http://192.77.51.51/~cleduc/Canot/05/AchiganLeduc2003.pdf

Plans are to meet at the Tim Horton's in Saint-Colomban at 10:15AM then head over the river at 10:30AM
GPS co-ordinates:  45.705164,-74.095869

Google maps suggests you give about 1 3/4 hours drive time from downtown Ottawa
The usual caveats about spring paddling and cold water gear apply...

Please feel free to use this thread to arrange rides etc.

If you have any questions send me a PM or give me a call at (613) 224-8507 after 7:00 PM Friday

Bill
