We started at Britt (Byng inlet) and paddled to French River and down to the Bustards (and back).

When I tried to pet the rattle snake - it hissed at me and shook it's tail - I missed getting that on video :-(

There were lots of water snakes, a bald eagle, a bear etc.

Nice shots Jim and a rattle snake!!!!! WOW! Rare event.

I've paddled from Killarney park up the French river and into the Pickerel river before. Where did you go exactly?

Thunderstorm warning or not, I will take my sea kayak to Westboro beach around 6:00-6:30 to putter around! Everyone welcome. --C.
