So the forecast for the coming weekend has most of the rain passing to the south (and east) of Ottawa:

Over 2 inches are forecast for much of Upstate NY for Friday alone. If that happens then things should be pumping on Fish Ck. by Saturday morning:

I haven't paddled either one, nor that much else down there. But, I'm game if others are.
