What area of the city do you reside?
Do you have in the city transportation?
Preferred departure day?

Would anybody be willing to take me, my boat (wavesport EZ) and some gear down for the weekend? I would be willing to chip in for gas and snacks on the drive!

Now that you have read the info thread on the Palmer Rapids weekend ... this thread has been set up for members to ask questions, organize car pooling for the event, organize food, comment on the wonderful time they had afterwards ... etc.

Palmer Rapids weekend usually happens on the last weekend in May. In 2014, the May 24 weekend landed a week earlier, so there won't be a  conflict with the Great Glebe garage sale, the Ottawa Race weekend or the Mec paddlefest.
