Sounds good Kevin!
It's 11:00 for the WT take-out then unless I hear otherwise.

I could be convinced to car-pool from Eagleson or wherever if others decide to join.

There are "No Parking" signs all around the bridge.  I ran it this time last year and we all parked on the west side of the bridge on the south of the highway.  You have to go about 300m away from the river but there is a grassy area there that is far enough away from the road so you don't get a ticket and it is not in someones driveway.  It's actually just before the first "no parking" sign.  Check "google street view".

Rouge would be nice. What are the parking arrangements these days?
Robert
I don't know. The situation there at the take-out seems to change with the water levels! If there were any serious parking issues though I imagine that we would would of heard about it.
Last time I paddled Rouge two years back, I've heard of serious issues from, well,  Bill...a group got ticketed for parking on the side of the road. I did look on my way back and indeed saw no stopping signs everywhere around the bridge i.e. places where we parked in the past. We used campgroud for takeout. They do close for the season and put the paddlock on the gate sometime in the fall and from then on it's by appointment-someone in the club had their phone#.

I may be up for the Ottawa and possibly the Rouge.  I've been sick the last few days but I think I'm on the up swing so I may be good to go for tomorrow.  Just not sure about both days.

Who's up for what?

I'm thinking of doing one or both of:

- The Ottawa Middle Channel on Sat. with hopefully plenty of play time on Upper no-Name.

- The Rouge on Sunday. At the time of this posting the level is 45 CMS, but it is forecasted to be ~90 CMS by mid-day Sunday:

I'm more leaning towards the Ottawa for ~11:00 at the WT Takeout if anyone is interested in that, and then figure out later on Sat. night if the Rouge is looking good for Sunday.
