I believe we are meeting up in Gatineau  ... there should be room in a vehicle
maybe Bill can confirm.

That's right. From the original post:
Quote
Plans are to meet at the Tim Horton's in Gatineau on Montee Paiement & Autoroute 50
[GPS 45.504272,-75.676496] at 8:00AM and then head over to the river.
I'll be there and can be a driver or passenger.

I will be there looking to carpool. Haven't done this section in a long time.

I recommend that you choose whatever boat you are most comfortable paddling rather than basing your decision on the type of boat others choose to use. Since the Upper Oureau is not a play river most people in the group will leave their playboats at home and will bring their river running boat.

Stating that any Class III/IV river is too easy is just bad river Karma ... the River Gods are listening

Larry

Larry's right, on this stretch of river several paddlers have had to "pay up" at the end do the day letting their ambition/ego get ahead of them a bit too much.

I will be there, no problem parking there, I leave my car during long periods of time when I go to tremblant. D'ont park beside the Familie prix. Anybody running the river with a play boat? 50cm/s is not to big for a play boat. Anybody with members form for tomorrow.

Qu'est-ce qui se passe avec ton creek jackson?  je crois que tu vas travailler fort avec un play boat...

I will go and interested in car pooling. Larry are you interested?
We all trust the mighty book of Wong, may it never fail us.
It has been 20+ years since I have paddled it.

Bruce.

According to my log book, the last time was 2003 when I ran this section ... Might as well be a new river

See you at Timmies ... I assume we can leave cars there for the day.

Stuck again working this weekend. Should be good to go next weekend.
Je vais prendre des photos pour toi!!! 8)
I want to thank both of you for rubbing it in.  I changed jobs thinking I would have my weekends free, I guess this will happen when I retire
