Yeah, Ive heard stories of how the owner doesn't want people there anymore but usually tames down when you start to speak French with him. As for trucks down there and fires... Not sure if these were paddlers or locals but yeah... sounds likes a few clowns I would know... Sucks to have people like that ruin it for everyone

It only takes a few idiots to ruin it for everyone else. 

There is definitely enough water right now. It was actually the highest I have ever seen it.

Had a chat with  Sylvain the owner of the property and he doesn't really want people down there. Apparently there have been people bringing trucks down, having fires, drinking beer etc...

So if you do want to go, it might be good to check with him first.

I drove by last September and stopped to look at it.  Water was flowing but it didn't look 'pleasant'.  I didn't run it but my impression was that you'd scrub off all your speed going over the lip and piton in the shallow water below.

Steve Taylor and I will be heading to Quyon Falls to practice boofs at 5 pm tommorow. I plan on leaving and trying to get to whispers after.
