Topic: Ottawa Main Channel Day Trip - Aug 2 or 3, Sunday or Monday

I'm looking to paddle Aug 2 or 3, but not both.   My preferences are:

• car pooling, and
• a later start, so as to avoid most congestion on the river,  leaving Ottawa Trailhead area about 12:30 or later

However I am flexible on the 2nd point and choice of river,  and am:

• willing to hitch hike the shuttle so as to minimize our vehicle needs, and
• willing to do or share in the driving.
