As no possible dates were given in the original post, I'll add that last year the event was held on Sat. Nov.15th, and that sort of time frame would probably work well again this year.

As the title says we are currently looking for someone to host the AGM/Year end party this year.

We usually have a potluck so the host will not have to provide anything other than a place for us to congregate.

We can also work with the volunteers schedule as to when we will hold it.

Please let me know if you are interested in this and we can make plans.

If not we will be renting out a hall, as we did last year.
