Hmm 25 or so folks disregarded the doom and gloom forecast. The torrential rains didn't hit the Maniwaki area but just in case a "beef shelter" was created with on-site materials.

A pleasant day spent at the campsite watching the beast go round and round taking in the aroma of beef capped with bacon sizzling over a bed of coals.. Great pulled pork, tasty salmon along with potatoes and fresh corn.

Great weekend ....
