Hello all,
Its that time of year again, and we are looking for somewhere to host our annual general meeting. Usually this is held in late oct or early nov.
This is a great chance to get back together with everyone before winter, chat, watch some videos, and drink some beers, and hopefully find some new people to take part in the club.
So what do we need? A place to have it, and a time.. That's all. Usually it is a potluck style dinner, so no food on your part is required, and the club will supply plates and cutlery.
Also, I have decided to step down this year, after 3 years, as the president of the club. We'll be looking for someone to fill my shoes. Let me know if you are interested. Its a great way to get to know the club and participate in the organisation of events throughout the year.
