I did no editing at all on these pics ... they are how they came off the camera.

I have a different style of shooting.

I do from time to take zoom out shots but I prefer the close up part boats shots in order to get the facial expressions.

Thanks for posting these. I tend to be on the other end of the lens, so these are some of the best paddling pics I have!!  If I can figure out how, I will use one as my avatar (when I get back from vaca in a week).

I would support calling the last paddler: Joanne's significant other. He needs no other name of his own. ;-)

I know there was lots of people there. I took pics of who ever was on the wave ... you can tell who the wave hogs are.
