I would like to start by thanking Daniel who generously offered to welcome us to his place. I have to admit that I am quite happy about this since, for once, this close to my place.

I will bring a warm entree with a slow cooker to keep it warn throughout the dinner. I have not yet decided exactly what, but I will decide tomorrow. Are you ok with me bringing the slow cooker Daniel?

You should take a look on googlemap before coming to my place. Just to be sure to find it!  small street and a lot of tree

There will be a yellow kayak in front of my house and

Hey all This thread is for people to organize rides and food, or just generally chat about next weekends AGM.

Please see a repeat of the info below:

The Club will be having its Fall Party and Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, November 14, 2015 starting at 6:00pm.

As usual, it will be a potluck dinner so bring your favourite(s) dish to show off and share with others. Plates and cutlery etc. will be provided.

Daniel Dubuc has offered to host the party at his home, 18 Promenade Oval, Aylmer, Gatineau, QC, J9H 1T8.  GPS: 45.392818, -75.804219

Daniel has offered his hot tub for use, bring your swimsuit and towel if you would like to take a dip ,  and he also has a ½ acre lot, if some want to camp (or winter camp)
 
Bring along any videos you'd like to share, we'll have a laptop/tv combo set up to view them on.

As always, we'll have prizes for the best/worst/longest paddle/swim, most improved etc. so bring your stories to nominate those deserving of these great honors...

Please bring your cheque book (of course, cash is never refused) to renew your membership.

Last but not least, there will be some positions on the executive that need to be filled so please think about nominating someone (or yourself) to help run your club.

Please consider volunteering for the executive, it would be great to see some new faces and some old ones!
