Roger Gendron, who is earning a living as a caterer in the daytime, is also a very good photographer and has been taking photos of many paddlers surfing at the Champlain bridge.
I saw several of them today and they are excellent.
Cost if very reasonable.
He is thinking about bringing his laptop and expensive printer
and print photos taken that same day on the spot.

You can also easily spot if he is there from his distinctive big black truck with orange graphics on the oversized back section. Should see "L'entre-Nous" as the name of his catering business.
BTW, he said he would come around later this week, to locate paddlers he has pictures of.
