So, there doesn't seem to be much interest on a Sunday run.  I'll be running the Middle with some friends, putting in around noon.  Leaving from Orleans if anyone needs a ride, and is too shy to post in this thread.

I am stuck going hiking with my wife on Sunday, so no paddling down the Rouge for me, maybe next week sometime.

I forgot to add my interest in the Pet Town Section!

Anyone else want to run that?

If the majority wants to run the Rouge Canyon with the Kowalskis, I'm okay with that too.

upper pet at this level would be fine in a playboat, if your a solid boater
Not recomended for someone with less than solid roll

Well.. I Know Wyzsard has been wanting to run the Harrington Canyon of the Rouge for a long time know.. So does MartinK.

He needs to talk to his loved one first but if hes in, then MartinK and I are in for a Rouge mission.

Will keep you posted on that. Im tight on $ lately and taking my truck would put me down the hole at least 50-60$ hahaha sooo.. yeah.. pretty limited this weekend!  8)

What about the lower Petawawa? There's play, can be done in a playboat, and it's practice for those doing the race...

I would not bring a playboat on the upper Petawawa, no matter how much lighter it is than my creek boat...

Is there any interest in running a higher volume river on Sunday?  Something that can be run in a playboat?

Options:
Ottawa ( probably running between 8-12) - Middle should be an easy run with some play options
Gatineau (6.5 a week ago) - Similar in scope to Middle with one or two surfs on the way
Rouge 7 Sisters (200cms) - Upper end of runnable.  Should be pretty full-on
Rouge Canyon (170cms) - Probably a little bigger than the last time the gang ran it

I'd like to be home for dinner, so a 10h00 meeting time seems like a good starting point.

Any interest?
