Darryll and Maureen have both achieved their Paddle Canada Level 1 Instructors certification in Sea Kayaking. I am organizing a Level 1 course that the three of us will teach Sept 13 and 14. The course covers rescues, paddle strokes and skills, intro to tides, currents, weather, navigation, communication.
If white water is about power and focus, then sea kayaking is about elegance and efficency, both sports bring excellent insights and tools to the paddlers toolbox.
