So I should not be stupid and take it easy.

With no comma, the sentence reads as though taking it easy is stupid.  I don't disagree, but I'm sure it's not what you meant.   8)

You're right. Fixed!

Also sewer wave would do... even if its just for ferries and such. I just wanna freaking paddle.

I hear you, so to speak... My orthopedist gave me the ok to slowly resume paddling in 4 weeks; 'slowly' meaning first in the pool before going on real water. So I should not be stupid, and take it easy. Although I should say that my injury may have started as a form of 'wasd claw', unrelated to paddling... --C.

Sunday Paddle / First 2012 Paddle

Alright.. A second attempt at a first 2012 Paddle.

Supposed to be nice and +3 Sunday. I might be hungover from my birthday party but thats an even better excuse to get out there and cure that hangover with a brain freeze roll!

Champlain middle waves are decent and there doesnt seem to be ice below. Also sewer wave would do... even if its just for ferries and such. I just wanna freaking paddle.

A bombproof roll is mandatory for this outing. Swimming could have major consequences out in the middle at champlain. As for sewer wave, it is iced up around 300 yards downstream. So same goes for that.

I dont have a boat yet and will try and borrow/rent one.
