Now I know what Paul was trying to do in this video!!! He was looking under water for his long time friend Pobo the Deadhead Bear!

This is what they say... But we all know that the real reason for closing the road is a dangerous bear that Paul saw there! I tell you: Pobo the Deadhead Bear of the Lorne is real! Paul saw it many times!

Pushbutton/Garb road closed for the season

I phoned Owl Rafting, the road to Pushbutton/Garberator is closed to cars for the season - you can still walk in from the paved road (just a long walk after a day of paddling).  The reason given was that the condition of the dirt road deteriorated over the winter/spring from the cars on it.

The road will reopen in May.
