You sound like a teenager! And we already had a very late start time - well I hope your party was nice, since the Ottawa today was pretty unbeatable - we only had to share it with 3 other paddlers and no rafts and lots of sunshine and the water still warm.
Planning to go next weekend again so I hope you'll make it then!

11am or noon meet at takeout.
The forecast is for the warmest part of the day to be from 2-5pm.


With an 11am meet at takeout, on water by 11:45 paddle to 5pm
OR noon meet at takeout, on water by 12:45pm paddle to 5pm.


Either of those times is good with me.

I am a bit tired from today so I am not paddling the Beaver on Sat.
I think I will paddle the Ottawa on Sunday. I will confirm tomorrow.
