More Paddling!

My daughter Frida is going to fly out July 1st and would love to get more paddling in before. And I wouldn't mind accompanying her:) We've been on the Ottawa all weekend and it was paradise. Please keep us posted if you go - Ottawa preferred, but anything at less than 2 hours drive would be ok, too.
