Update:
I learned yesterday that not only do we need to pay online, but we need to also
stop at the River run gate and get the usual Window decorations and an armband.
If they are not in the hut (weekdays) then pop up to the house.

Luc - thanks for posting your issues with the waiver - they really helped
(The email I sent to WT was very not helpfull).

Just to clarify the process, I am making some coles notes for the next person
All: please test these notes and update any steps / wording I got wrong
(I did the waiver part from memory).

Once you pay, you get a receipt email.
Then in the email you have to click "Click here to start now"
---> Participant agreement
>> Example:
>> ONLINE CHECK IN AND PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
>> Speed up your check in by having your group sign their participation agreement online! Express
 >> Check in available when your entire group signs the online waiver. Click here to start now!

You get a new tab:
The bottom left button indicates an error (something like account profile incomplete or incorrect).
You now have to add your emergency contact info and save.

Then back to the email and click the same link.

Now you can fill in the waiver (click on a button at the bottom left to start - Button wording not obvious).

You get a form with yellow boxes for initials.

type in your initials in yellow boxes
type in your name
type in a witness - use your buddies name

hit the bottom button to finish.

You will get an email with the filled in waiver.

If you have problems - call me 829-1008.

I took screen dumps up to paying the pass - can someone send me screen dumps for the waiver.

Hope this helps.

Stephen, Jon, Daniel, Natalie and I.

There *may* have been multiple swims. It may be multiple people, it may not. There may have been one right at the putin.

I'll let you all decide: https://photos.app.goo.gl/CL6f1PcffdSTWqYn7

In case others are about to sign the waiver and/or create an account for the first time. I just encountered numerous user interface experiences. I wrote this email... you may want to read it before going crazy trying to sign a form. lol And as I was reminded by Jon, apparently after creating the account and paying, the email you get has a link at the bottom to the waiver. That's where I experienced these issues.

Especially if you're guilty of being French Canadian.

*Blows off the dust, removes cobwebs, cracks various parts of his body*

I think I'm in. I really just need to get on the water again. I'm in.

Hello Jim and Natalie,

I have to bow out of this weekend's paddle of the Middle Channel.

Could the two of you please take over?

Thank you,

Paul

I’m interested. How’s does Phil’s look like at -1??

Not much different than any level below +4 except that Baby Face is a bit more shallow.
Natalie was there last Saturday, she'd know better... ;)

Group size for covid restrictions is a max of 5 until further notice.
If there are more, split up into groups of 5.

Apparently there are as many as 25 paddlers at the surf spots like push button.

Hi folks,

Despite the low level, S Bend and Upper NoName will provide nice spots to play/surf and enjoy the weather.
Plans are to meet at the RiverRun takeout at 10:30 and arrange shuttles there.
RiverRun has rolled back prices to last year's amount: $10 + tax as long as you buy a day pass before you get there.
See https://riverrunrafting.com/paddler-services/paddlers-fees/access-takeout/ for more info

With COVID-19 still around, folks should follow precautions as we did last season.
