Hell or High Water

Totally informal (ala Green Narrows) race that hopefully will become a regular tradition.

Beers and dogs at the Legion (over looks the river).

The Petawawa is getting a dam, so there's hope to establish that river users do use the river at high-water (otherwise the damn operators will justify levels by the "normal" usage which is swimmers, fishermen and tubers at low summer levels.
