Here you go. The Ottawa River Runners ask for a (voluntary) cash donation if you are not a member (to cover the cost of money it took to renovate the slalom course and banks and to maintain them?) . If the Canadian Team is practising, it's advisable to paddle up stream or further downstream from them. They are very approachable and appreciate it if you go check with them so their training doesn't get screwed up. You can check info for the Pump House at ottawariverrunners.com
