I will look into some pool rentals in Hull. I think there's a pool in the Hull U. But I wonder if they allow boats.

Winter pool sessions are being looked into ... it hasn't been easy to find an available time slot for pool sessions.
And the wonderful City of Ottawa has decided to hike the hourly rate up by about %150 per cent.

yeah .... your user fees at work

not sure where and when at the present moment
