Naw, I sort of posted last-minute there, so it was just me and the sunset ... but beautiful, absolutely still water.   I'll try to give some advance notice next time!

Yes Christian, Wavesport treats me well, since me and my team own half their fleet of Ottawa boats ...  :)

Sorry I missed that one Kurt... I hadan Alpine Club executive meeting last evening!
Was there alot of CDBers who showed up?

I'd be down for a session if you think of doing more!!

Heading over around 4:30, gorgeous spot to watch sun go down while getting a workout.  Newer paddlers, great time to work on stuff.  Grab the lowest volume boat you can find, and practice:

- lean clean
- flatwater stern squirt
- ploughing ender
- stern pivot turn
- double pump
- offside / backdeck / hand rolls
- bracing

Bonus if I see any CdB'ers there!   Cheers   -k
