The reasons behind holding the BBQ back in town are:

- allows people who couldn't make it out for the day, join the evening BBQ
- also permits members to bring spouses or significant others (if they so desire) to the evening BBQ to meet the folks that save them when need be.
- camping at River Run would be similar to the weekend event in July ...
- it is also advertised as such on the event website

Hey everyone.

We are currently looking for a volunteer to host the Newcomers day BBQ. We really need to find a place by then end of this week, so that we can organise who is bringing what.
